ZLOrigin Sims 4 Download Error

Hello. I play Sims 4 on ZLOrigin. I reset my PC. When I tried to download Sims 4, It gave me an error. Error is "196613:200" Can someone help me? And, game  gave me an license error too when i didn't reset my PC.

So, will it be compatible with ZLOrigin?

Hello, I am appreciating your help. But I still have problem. After downloading from torrent and installing with bat inside it, it still gives error. It tries to verify game files and it gives error. Error is "Error: 196613:200". How can I fix it?

you cant with zlorigin, this error tells that you can't connect to the cloud. and you dont need to verify files after the bat file, simply launch the game from zclient

This error happens when i try to verify files though and my files arent getting verified. I tried to launch through zclient but Sims 4 window opens and it aays it can not access cloud? Would you recommend me to format my PC?

can you sent a screen of this error?
no need to format anything, if you can, you can try to check files with help of torrent again, after use bat file again to install what is missing if there's some, and launch the game through zclient, and dont launch zlorigin at all

When will this problem solve? Do you know?

But, it always crashes, errors again but not 196613:200. Is this normal?

Oh. It didn't work well. When finalizing update, it gave me error again.

Why do you launch zlorigin? It wont help you to update or verify files, just because the cloud, where there are all the games files, is broken. So it keeps giving errors. Simply zclient runs the game just fine without any issues

Umm, so i should always take a look to the downloads right? And also it always crashes too.

Or use torrent.

And crash on what actions exactly?

It crashes when it is 0KB

Hello, why the Discover University and Island Living packs are not on he origin? And this problem still happens with me. I tried zinstaller bat (with downloading 64x bit touchup.exe for it to be conpitable with my pc), torrent and all that but nothing works. It was only the base game and eco lifestyle pack that needed to be updated but then every pack got deleted and now i have to download all of them again. And like I said some packs are even missing in the ZLOrigin? I dont think this is about me but its zlorigins fault. Please fix this asap and help me.

I uninstalled the zlorigin completely from my laptop, so means it cleared the zlorigin cache right? I did the zinstaller bat one and it updated everything but when i did go on zlorigin it showed as nothing was downloaded or updated so i uninstalled it completely.

now do i need to install zlorigin again? Did you fix the problem with updating things?

If runned from zclient - zlorigin not needed.

And what you did with touchup - wrong too, all files must be our or it will be your problem, because you changed it.

Updating - no, only thing i can do with it - make own downloader and client and im working on it, long ago.
