1) spectator doesn't show what on the other guys screen it shows ur screen but from his view so all ur settings and resolution etc is applied , the other guy could have different settings like higher resolution higher frames than what you have. 2) spectator is always lagged behind what the other person is looking at or aiming at 3) there is a bug in spectatorr where sometimes when u destroy trees or buildings in the game it still show in the spectator 4) look at mini-map 5) this guy could have been looking at the big map or mini map to get an indication of where the enemies at an

there is no cheat in any proof" u provided , you are simply average player you arent experienced enough to say who is cheating and who is not , like noustaja pointed out just because someone knows how to play and faster than you doesnt mean he is cheating , an aimbot would have been obvious if it was aimbot or anything , random shots at people going in straight line is not "hard" to do think about that , anyone who got arms can do that xD , low rank and high KDR means twothings , either cheats or just secondary account , after seeing how he plays and the videos its clear he is just good player

first kill its clearly visable that he heard the player footsteps , second kill he was just running and noticed someone running , so he aimed and then the other guy poped out , not hard proof , need more , before banning an innocent/random player

17+ mins video ? use editing tool and only show the timestamps u think its suspicious ! i watched the stamps psimera mentioned and it all could be random , thats not proof that he is cheating , sometimes in specator there is a delay between sounds happening and what the spectator is showing , he could have heared most of this , most of them were luck etc , need more proof

If someone is caught in spectate that means he was using an undetected hack (sometimes for a lllllllllong time) , someone had to figure it out, take the time and capture it. upload it and report it. And after all that you give them a year of ban? why not forever? And people caught with hacks automatically why just a few days? do you personally love and adore hackers? whats your problem? don't you rather have 50% less players but only legit ones?
