Its because of the shitty multicore support of dice.. i hope its better in bf4.. I have 10 Cores á 2,4 GHZ and BF3 Server doesnt use them correctly. If i had a Serverwith higher single core clocks, it would be higher

Linux Servers are much cheaper.. most server hosters you must pay a fee of 10-30€ for the Windows License.. and most of the times the servers are expensive as fuck
