Updates usually appears between halh an hour up to the next morning. All the messages "When?" will be deleted.

For those who can't download the game through ZlOrigin, there is torrent. Or use VPN for Windows.

Error 196613:200 when I try and download anything.

Have been having issued downloading the latest sims 4 update. Downloading dlc also doesn't work. I used to be able to download from ZLorigin just fine up till now. If I have to use a VPN, what VPN should I use?

Hello! ZClient can't update the new one that was released on May 13th. The update stops when updating something called "public", perhaps is the firewall that is preventing it for being installed/updated, but I can't find/don't know which is the file so I can add it to the exceptions; can anybody help me? thanks!

Add to exceptions C:\ProgramData\ZLOEmu

I downloaded The Sims 4 via torrent. I was about to install but got this error.

Please help.

Looks like not our torrent or not downloaded completely.

Update:

I download the Sims4 torrent the second time to disregard a possible corrupted download. Unfortunately, it gave me the same result. 'Touchup.exe' is not recognize as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

Fortunately looks like I found a workaround for this problem.

1. I moved the downloaded Sims4 folder via torrent to the Game Installers Folder (NOT DOWNLOADED GAMES FOLDER) of ZLOrigin.

2. I added ZInstaller.bat to the ZLOrigin Library as a game.

3. I launched the ZInstaller.bat from the ZLOrigin Library.

4. Just wait for it to completely Install the base game and all stuffs.

5. You can now run The Sims 4 through ZLOrigin Library.

This SIMPLE bat must be JUST NORMAL RUNNED, nothing more.

The only reason for your error with touchup - you put file to wrong folder, it must be in game root folder.

Haha, because it's been a few days of me trying to install Sims 4 but giving me that error. I can play the game just fine but I'm having trouble with the update (verifying game files).

I have these drives:

C: Boot drive.
D: Programs and some favourite games.
E: Downloads. etc.

I installed ZClient & ZLOrigin on D: | Then saved the downloaded Sims 4 via torrent on E:

The Sims4 torrent downloaded the following:

• Around 50 folders
• ZClient which I didn't download because I already have.
• ZInstaller

Those are inside 1 folder.

My downloaded games and where it should be installed is on E:\Program Files (x86)\ZLOrigin Games\
While the installers will be saved on E:\ZLOrigin Download Cache\cache

Where should I put the downloaded Sims4?
 

Anywhere, just run zinstaller after it.

I still get the "Touchup.exe is not recognize" error even if launching the .bat file on it's default location. But all is good now. I used DelOriginCache.bat and it fix the verifying game file issue.

I can't open zlotracker to download the game via torrent

ZLOTracker closed.
