Если с торрента нашего - там же в комментах написано:

Если выходит ошибка про файлы игры - в папке игры файлы "_build.info", "_patch.result" и "_product.db" должны быть ".build.info", ".patch.result" и ".product.db". Вопросы к вашему торрент клиенту.
