Problemas descarga sims 4

Hi everybody, I'm having some problems with my sims 4 game/zclient and I'll really appreciate your help
So I was installing a bunch of cc and then I realized that my C: disk was full and couldn't install anymore. My Sims game (zorigin folder etc) is installed in my E: disk, in which I have over 400gb available, so I decided to move my documents folder from C: to E: (I don't know if this was a bad idea or not, please tell me)
I moved my documents folder successfully, I regained gb in my C: storage and the E: storage had my documents folders with all my archives.
But the problem is, when I run zclient I log in normally, I run the Sims as usual but it won't open. I tried restarting my pc, deleting cache, etc, but nothing works. It just won't open even tho zclient says it's running. My pc task manager shows that zclient and the sims 4 are running, but Sims just won't open. 
What can I do?
Feel free to ask me anything, my English isn't perfect so surely there are mistakes

Just to clarify, no error message appear, ts4 file remains where it was before doing this change, zclient runs normally and zlorigin also launches as usual. Now I'm trying to repair the game

First of all, I'm using translator, so an apology if your eyes bleed.
I have both the game and the launcher installed on an external drive.
I want to put mods and cc but for some reason it doesn't recognize the folder that stores the mods and that goes in the documents folder of the computer.
Is it because of a launcher setting that doesn't allow extra content to be used? Am I doing it wrong?
!! I already tried to simulate the full path of the Electronic Arts folder on my disk, from root, but there is no way.
!! Obviously the game does not recognize the mods folder that is on my computer.
Any help?

Hi, i just installed ZClient - ZLOrigin and login successfully but i get this error

i think i do every step right, i test with disabling antivirus,
the ZLOrigin itself i opened and it's run well, i don't have origin itself
I have windows 11
I will try to do some other things

I can't download the required items of the game through the ZlOrigin and when entering the ZLOrigin to download files the Zclient writes this error that I do not know what it is
 
I've also done these things:
Test with VPN
Change DNS
Testing with different networks.
Uninstall and reinstall software
TURN OFF Firewall
Turn off antivirus
I tested this last night and it downloaded a bit, but after that error <Cloud 1 err 28>was shown, I couldn't download at all and the game needs an essential update.

Hii! Ive uninstalled my game in order to install it on an external drive and it wont start downloading. Ive opened and closed zlorigin/zclient and my laptop like 10 times and the only thing that solved is that 60mb got installed with a speed of 160kb/s and then it stopped again. Before uninstalling and installing again I accidentally pressed "repair" and then quickly cancelled it and now it says "paused repair" instead of just "queued" on the game expansion packs, just in case that helps with finding the problem. Also, ive read the FAQ and tried going for the torrent but ZLOTracker is closed.
Also, now when i try opening zlorigin again it gives me an error. I always open and close it directly from zclient.
 

Hi I keep receiving this error. When I try to download the sims 4, it gets stuck on preparing download stage and this error shows up after awhile. 

Zlorigin is too slow, I need the torrent so that my PC doesn't have to be on for hours

Hi everyone, 
it's been two days since I've been trying to run zlorigin to update the sims4, the game runs without it being opened, but zlorigin just crashes constantly, even though I follow the opening steps precisely. (run zclient first, and from there click the button 'run zlorigin')
I followed every step suggested in the FAQ already, including running the bat file to clear the cache, check the compatibility settings, I even tried to unistall and reinstall everything, but everything still won't function..
I hope someone can help me!:)

Hi, I have been trouble with the download speed of ZLorigin.
My internet is 20mb, and in previous downloads it was very fast, reaching 2K download speed, but now it does not exceed 200 and quickly drops to 0 and is interrupted. What I can do? :C
