There are many things to consider when we talk about players being kicked out of a server, it is not just one solution.

If you are player and you get kicked out in more than one server:

1.ping to server, you are too far away from the server

2. your pc needs updates of  net framework , visual studio direct X (some repair form the game folder helps too )  graphic card, sound updates... you may think this is not necessary but it is

3. add game folder to exceptions in antivirus and WINDOWS DEFENDER (have said that a million times)

Then close both from system and download client.zip and dll again.

4. firewall in your pc and in router  are on too high settings..  and therefore kick you out

If you run a server and you see players leave:

You have some issues with router settings

In order to fix them all, you need to have administrator /root pass to your router because in some cases router are locked from the ISP and you cant set half of the things you need.

1. ports are not opened properly...try open DMZ and see if it works

2. firewall is too protective...lower the settings....

3. UnP needs to be off...

4. your connection is "protected" and after a certain amount of packets it starts "re-directing" as a protection from Ddos ( rarely but have heard it)

4. you are actually being attacked Dos attacks

5. master server could be having issues at the time ..and therefore players are leaving...

6. Your connection might not be able to handle the amount of players you have set in your server...

As you see, there are many things ( I haven't mentioned all) to check and try in order to have a smooth running server. All  these are experiences from running a server on home connections... when you rent a server...there are other issues to think of too..

All needs testing and testing and testing...
