Update file error 4 when trying to launch ZClient.exe

Zclient keeps giving me this pop up error ( update file error 4)

I have uninstalled and reinstalled

rebooted laptop

allowed the .exe through my firewall

then I disabled my firewall and tried all of the steps again without any luck

..I am stuck at what to do to fix this issue?? if anyone can help me i would much appreciate this.

I have attached a screenshot below of the error msg after clicking on the .exe install file

  1. When I try to launch ZClient.EXE It gives me update file error 4 it was working a few days ago but then it auto updated and now I'm getting this error I've tried adding exceptions to everywhere it says in the FAQ And I've tried to uninstall it but none of those work.

I've checked everything. I don't have a VPN, I turned off all my virus, made sure it was added to all networks. I even uninstalled then reinstalled. Same issue. It is failing to update and closing. I play the Sims which isn't requiring it's own server. I've never had issues before today.

С недавнего времени начала появляться такая же проблема "Update file error 4" (Казань, провайдер мтс), также без впн не открываются сайты zlogames.ru, ep-team.ru (с мобилы билайн тоже незаход на сайт) :facepalm:
