Zlorigin download problem

hi I downloaded zclient, zlorigin and the sims 4 via torrent, I installed everything via the bat file but when I go to zlorigin it tells me that there is an update to be made, when I start it I get this error on zclient, and instead if I try to start the sims 4 using the run key from zclient this error appears when starting the sims 4.

you dont need zlorigin even running to launch sims. According to zclient log, you cant connect to cloud to verify game files.
Launch the sims without zlorigin being on, and if it will still give you errors -> verify game with torrent again, use .bat file and that should be fine

Cloud1 err1 - something blocks connect to cloud, provider, country, etc.

and how can i solve it? because i tried to download the sims 4 from torrent other times but it show the same error, now i want to download it from Zlorigin if it's possible

Torrent cant show same error because its TORRENT.

Use vpn.
