Hi, sorry for the bad English coming from Google Translate, but the forum here seems fuller than Brazil.

Shortly after the last update, before University expansion arrived, my sister played normally, but had to leave the game. Tried to play again, but failed because apparently now I can only play on the 32 Bit Legacy Edition, even though my computer is 64 Bit. The following message appeared: “Unable to start: Unable to start, missing game data. Please download The Sims 4 Legacy Edition from Origin. [5de4b8a3: 29f00e76: 00000000:00000000]”

Please, help. I’ve been playing this since I was 6, I don’t want to stop playing any longer. :(

Hello, I have a similar problem, when I want to open the game from ZOrigin, I can't, the box is checked as if it were going to open, but within seconds it returns to normal and no process is marked, so, I must open it by ZLClient, I run and everything is fine, but when I want to play the game it closes without further ado.
My computer is compatible with video games, so I don't understand what might be happening.
