i banned him for one hour for him to change his name but i had no idea he was or would go on to cheat lol

spectated him a while back but he was clean. guess he was enabling/disabling cheats.

i'd like to point out that cheaters have no principles; if you use one cheat, it's easy to use another. even more, they are cheating out in the open without even having the decency to hide it.
