"Menphis" Unfairly banned

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone!

My name is Gadiel, First of all I want to introduce myself, I'm the administrator of several communities including: Battlefield :: Origin and ZLO with more than 2000 members in total ZLO in Latin America, and Clan [URSA] Gaming administrator.

Today at 3:00 pm (GTM-3) I was helping my friend Menphis with the game files since he was excited to play the BFH game, well we were about 1 hour to make it work until we were able to make it work without mistakes after a long time of effort, he was playing while I was preparing everything to do a live on my youtube channel, suddenly in the middle of the game when I was doing the direct expel, we started to investigate what was the cause until we have seen "Z Forum", it turns out that a user of ZLO called "Mepoz" had reported to my friend for alleged use of "Hack" it is clear that my friend already has experience in other games such as BF1, BF3 and BF4 of EA and in ZLO with more than 3000 hours of play, he has been in the ZLO community for more than 3 years, has reported many times with the help of other friends to cheaters in the game, and has helped many people in the community latina in the errore solution s and much more, I have to say as a friend, that I have known him for a long time, he would never use hacks or any illegal modification within the game.

The problem is that as you have seen in the title of the post, which has been banned unjustly for an absurd reason, it is all because a simple video is wrong, because as you can see, the ping my friend has in the server is greater than 250, and therefore he will notice lag in the viewer mode, I end up banned because of it, please ask that this be solved, because both I and he know that I do not use anything, even that I have also I have been monitoring your pc through Team Viewer to help you with the problem I had in the game, I have not seen anything, even a few hours ago I had finished downloading it completely.

He is also administrator of the clan [URSA] and the Latin communities of zlo

Here you can see some captures that you have made of the final games, there is nothing out of the ordinary in your score

A Battlefield Hardline live show, playing a game with my friend Menphis on the only BFH server on ZLO. in the middle of the transmission it expels him.

From the professional point of view, this is not enough proof to permanently ban a ZLO player, it is necessary to take into account several factors: the player's ping and the person's ping that records the video, micro-cuts, etc. In simple words, a "death streak" is not a reason for a ban, when I was playing in the BFH but in the original game, I have often made such streaks, but this is the first time that I have seen in my life that the ban was make this way in the community of ZLO, even more so to a person who is known by several in ZLO for their feats, Archer, Troll Master, etc.  It seems a rather imprudent action on the part of the administration and community of zlo, banning good players is not a good way to leave the community in view of all. I have many more tests in case they require that "Menphis" is a legitimate player.

If you have questions, you can visit my friend's YouTube channel, you can see that it is 100% legitimate.
