Error the vc++ runtime redistributable package was not installed successfully. setup cannot continue (-2147023293)

Hello Everyone, 

Im trying to run battlefield 4 and followed all the instructions from zloemo website but I keep getting  "vc++ runtime redistributable package".

I downloaded Zclient and pasted it in my Battlefield 4 folder. I deleted and redownloaded all the VC++ runtime redistributable package from Microsoft website and keep getting the same error. I have tried everything in the forums but still get the same error.

I would appreciate any recommendation or tip 

Some problems with your windows. Maybe try to remove this msvc from programs will allow to install it.

I tried deleting/reinstalling/ repairing all MSVC files but it still the same error message. 

I  installed all the MSVCs and I still get the same error. I deleted ZInstaller and reinstalled it per admin and still wouldn't work :l . It sucks, I miss playing BF4 

 I got finally fixed everyone. What a pain in the ass!
