Errors when trying to start BF4 (Error with bf4.exe; Error with igoproxy64.exe)

When opening ZLOrigin through Zclient, the message appears:
The application failed to start correctly (0x000007b)
It is still possible to proceed and update and repair BF4.

The 34H error message appears: "The application could not be started correctly (0xc000007b)"

ZClient error message:
"Run failed2 06010509 3221225595"

The strange thing is that 34H normally starts BF3, but BF4 does not work.

0xc000007b is some dll or exe broken.

To play here you need NORMAL NOT CRACKED GAME, from zlorigin or repack from canek77, all other - your problems.

I performed the following steps:

1 - I uninstalled BF4, ZLOrigin and ZCliente.

2 - I installed the latest version (https://zloemu.net/faq?id=7) for Zcliente and ZLOrigin.
 

When opening ZLOrigin problem remains:
"The application could not be started correctly (0x00007b)"

Already told you - something with your system or viruses.
