Hi, I'm writing this because it's the last chance I have left to figure out how I could solve my problem (as I haven't found any recent posts
about it).
I will come to the point.
I had to reset my pc because it was having problems, which resulted in the removal of zlorigin and zclient. No problem, I went to the official
site and reinstalled everything from scratch, logged into zclient and started zlorigin. As the games I downloaded turned out to be uninstalled as well, I tried to reinstall them all over again. But, unlike the other times, the program showed up with an error that has never
been revealed to me until now. On zclient a string "Cloud1 err1 28" appears and on zlorigin the code "196613: 0". I have already researched
the meaning of these errors among the zlorigin forums and online communities, I have tried every single method listed, from torrent to vpn,
but none of this worked.
The question I asked myself is: have other users also encountered this problem recently? Is it a problem with servers being overloaded
lately? I can't give myself an answer because, even if it took me 3 days to try and try again with all possible methods, I still don't have the
possibility to download any game from the platform.
I confirm that I have never encountered this type of problem before, I have always managed to download and update games regularly
without this error showing up.
If anyone has any further suggestions, or could tell me if it's a problem with servers not working, please let me know. Thanks in advance
for your help.

PS. the game I'm desperately trying to download again is The Sims 4, I thought it was just its problem, but trying to download other games
the error shows up anyway.

this error means that your provider can't download any game from the cloud. So you can change the provider, e.g. switch to 4/5g mobile or try another provider. Or use vpn for windows.

I have tried switching to mobile but it didn't work. Do you know any free website I can use to use different vpn? I can't find any free one..like a vpn modifier
