Либо зависает проверка, либо выскакивает ошибка подключения в облаку. Сначала это было у некоторых, сейчас у всех. На данный момент причина сбоя выяснена, но не починена, но скачать игры (The sims 4, BF3, BF4, BFH, BFBC2) можно с торрента.
