I had same error on my 3 year old Win 7 x64 and clean reinstalled Win 8.1 x64 w/o antivirus (only ZBF3 and launcher by Despo). I saw myself high CPU usage when i trying resize columns and crashes when getting server info (clicking SERVERINFO tab). But now it's seems working good. I don't know what fixed and cause this error.
