Try updating your video drivers. Visit the Nvidia or AMD website, depending on the type of graphics card you have. If you're unsure, I recommend using Driver Booster to update your drivers. Once you've updated your drivers, you can uninstall Driver Booster, as you only need to run it once.
While Windows Update usually installs most of your drivers automatically, they may not always be the best or most up-to-date. For graphic drivers, I always recommend getting them directly from the Nvidia or AMD website, based on your brand of graphics card.

when you start wine with xfvb you don't see anything it is made to run grapic apps on a server

yes, and sometimes I really wish bf3 did have it... In spectator mode you can better evaluate if a player is using hacks if their suspicious... As admin its a shame it does not support it...

in the Startup.txt
put in the beginning this command
punkBuster.activate
also update the punkbuster directory of your gameserver manually you can find the updater on punkbuster.com
otherwise it will kick all players that have diff version.
One issu, there are a lot of players in bf3 that have not installed punkbuster services or have a client that is not up to date.. they will be kicked out of the server after.. half a minute or so..0 -

Matraka i found him very suspicious on my server. the cheat detector was almost triggered by him.. just by 2%..
Sooner or later he will trigger it.
and he stole the name of my gameserver so it looks like its a 2nd server of the "NOT 4 Pussy's HARDCORE" to lure in players.. He has no imagination.. And stealing Names and Ideas is pretty laaaaammee...0 -

well that depends... if you want to use the preset hardcore. you can edit your server using procon.
If you just want to edit the startup.txt generally the settings for hardcore are these...vars.friendlyFire true

i will run a "ping google.com -t >> c:\tmp\pingtest.txt" command for 24 hours in cli to see if connection drops at any giving time.
to rule out connection issues.
ISPs in Belgium have most stable and expansive internet connections in Europe. so it should not may be the case. I will get back on this in 24 hours!

It happened again yesterday. This time I used higher debugging in the log files. According to what I can deduce now, my server temporarily loses connection with the BlazeSDK server, causing all connections to be dropped. Or something went wrong in the communication towards BlazeSDK.

This log output indicates that the server is dropping the connection to the player. The log message "Kicking player BanKai_009 with reason: SecureReason_Ok reasonText: PLAYER_LEFT" and "SendDisconnect: id: 1 reason: SecureReason_Ok (0) reasonText: PLAYER_LEFT" suggest that the server is actively disconnecting the player, rather than the player disconnecting from the server. Additionally, the log message "Removing connection [10 FE 10 00 00 00 00 00 ]" and "ConnectionManager::deleteConnection(23)" indicate that the server is deleting the connection to the player.
so what 's going on? I put a larger part of the log in the attachment. it gives the full event. it does this for the 8 clients that were online.
also experiences a lot of server crashes lately. I downloaded the server files again and started fresh. hope it solves the crashes.

hi my server sometimes drops all connections...
Is it a blaze issue?
this time i was on the server myself. so I made a copy of the server log file where you can see 14 clients being dropped.
I think its a blaze issue but am not familiar with the blaze notifications in the log file.

Hi to the zloemu bf3 commune,
It is with a heavy heart that I announce the shutdown of all our servers. I can no longer continue this endeavor. The relentless attacks on our servers for a game that I scarcely play anymore have left me with little choice. My professional commitments have taken precedence. The persistent DDOS attacks, orchestrated by a lone individual, have forced my hand. Let this individual savor their fleeting triumph, for I choose to rise above it. My deepest regret is for the loyal players who found joy in playing on our servers. To you, the players, I extend my heartfelt apologies for the unfortunate circumstances that have led to this decision. I will now be dedicating my efforts to other projects. Please accept my sincere apologies.
