Thank you. I tested and saw the zloclient stated "Updating D2R", and when I tried to launch the game, It still states the same situation.

Good day. I've encountered a problem regarding launching of D2r. After the update to v1.3.7049. I couldn't reach the character selection area due to it keeps stating "you have not been online in the last 30 days" even though I keep dragging the .exe file to zclient. I hope this will get fixed.
