another video from one of them can explain he's cheating or it was bug of spectator and he's clean,and there won't be doubt about it.

Zlofenix have to decide ban him or give him a chance to bring proof,so we should wait.we can't do anything further than this.

Use vpn.

This server won't let Iran ip in.

This is because of your pc ability and windows screen settings.

Idk how to fix it and idk why you want to use windowed screen on such a low resolution.

If you wanna do this to get more fps,windowed screen will drop your fps;because your pc have to load and sync two screen at the same time.

Did you try other servers or launchers?
