in the faq zlorigin it says Nothing found in your language so i ask again i downloaded zlorigin but how do i install it?

well i followed all the steps i installed everything i log in to zclient and when i open the launcher when i join a server in bf3 launcher crashes i try playing campagin it crashes i follow every step and yes i have zlo launcher games 10.0.1.0 i don`t have bf4 or zlo origin somebody help me!
