Idk what had happened in your country, I can propose 2 solutions for now: 1. Try to login on zloemu.tk and not closing it, start zclient. It actually helped somehow before. 2. Try vpn for Windows with another country's proxy

well, log_zlo.txt could have had some info why it can't connect, but ok can you run this file and send a screenshot? trace_1.bat

maybe try vpn, and send what's in your log_zlo.txt and for opening zlorigin clean cache DelOriginCache_.bat

reboot pc a couple of times , or check if it opens in the clean boot

тупо скопировать не прокатит, нужно переместить через расположение в свойствах папки (в гугле всё расписано), чтобы реестр не потерялся.
