hes asking how to cap fps not increase fps

@KappaID create txt document in bf4 and write this command: GameTime.MaxVariableFps 60 (write your desired fps cap like 60 144 etc) then save it as user.cfg

i played without hacks. 2016 (A1rwolf) just some can't forgive one mistake that i made. i understand that. but atleast its cool that this happened bcz im one of the best in origin right now. i play clean and im proud of myself what i became i would like to come back but everyone would call me a hacker again. <3
