Você está jogando em qual servidor? Se você estiver jogando em servidor com xp a cima de 2x, pode ser uns dos motivos. ZLO só permite até 2x de xp nos servidores.

Recomendo você acessar o seu roteador, procura em firewall opção DMZ, adiciona o IP da rede que foi solicitado ao PC onde está o servidor. Depois desative o firewall do windows. Verifique se resolve seu problema. Se sim, basta ativar o firewall do windows novamente e adicionar manualmente permissões aos aplicativos do servidor. Recomendo que você adicione também em seu roteador IP reservado para o PC do servidor. Em seguida no PC do servidor adicione o IP manualmente.
