Medal of Honor Warfighter Client recognition

I downloaded and installed MoHW 1.0.0.2 game files and installed however the Zclient does not seem to be able to find the exe. Is there a way to force ZClient to see the exe file for MoHW? 

If you downloaded some repack with already cracked game - its useless.

I downloaded the game MOHW from torrent the repack by Canek77 but when i try to open the MOHW Online  it shows me this error

zlo://run/?zname=Z.MOHW

Application not found

only the SP and LAN (Possibly) working and when I tried loging in by opening ZLOrigin and opening the game and then clicking Multiplayer in JUST FREEZE.

it just freeze at the point of the supposed log in and just keeps on forever as I saw.

please note that I already have ZLO Clint and I play BF3 and BF4 regularly with it.

please help me ZLOFENIX and thank you very much in advance

App not found - dunno how this happens, zclient registers this on start, always.

There is no lan in mohw.

Try to run from zcleint.
