ZClient doesn't run The Sims 4

Hi, I have been using ZClient for a while but I have a problem: when I press 'run' the game doesn't start. The 'run' button turns to 'kill' and 'ts4_x64.exe' appears for a moment but it disappears and the 'kill' button turns to 'run' again. I tried to run the game from ZLOrigin but the same thing happens: I press the 'play' button and it seems like the game is going to start but the 'play' button turns orange again, like at the beggining. 

I played yesterday with no problem, but today I have that problem and I don't know what to do. I tried reinstalling everything and nothing. 

Problem in game, not in zclient: mods, problem with game files, etc.

Try repair game in zlorigin.
