Battlefield 4 won't work

I followed the steps from 

But now when I click to Join some server from ZLOrigin simply nothing happens, i did everything it says in the tutorial. I also tried using "Easy Launcher" and "ZloGamesLauncher" but when I run both of them it just says that the program stopped working. I tried pressing Single Player to try playing it, but again, nothing happens, I keep pressing and nothing happens. I restarted ZLOrigin multiple times, still nothing, the loading circle next to the cursor appears for 1 second and it stops. Then when I tried playing through the browser on the ZLOEmu website I got this error:

Is there an option to fix this?

Ok, I have fixed the Mantle error by following some YT videos. But the game only starts from the Browser, it still won't work from the ZLOrigin. But now when it runs it is just black screen with _ flickering all the time and it stays like that for like 5min until it just crashes.
Also, forgot to mention that I have tried reinstalling the game and fixing the game files.

If you use a launcher for connection to a game, then a game won't open in the browser.
This problem appears at connection only to one server or to all?

It appears for every server and for anything else as well (Single player, test range, etc.)
I don't use the launcher since the launcher doesn't work. I first tried just running the game through the ZLOrigin, form where I have downloaded it.

But absolutely nothing happens when I press "Join" or "SPECTATOR" or even "Single player" or "Test range", I just press and that is it, the game process is not shown in Task Manager or anything else seems to happen, it acts like i did absolutely nothing. 
When I press to join any server over ZLOEmu BF4 services the game opens but it is just like this:

And it stays like that forever until I end the process or if I don't do anything it closes on it's own. Same thing if I run Single player or test range.
And I do have all DLCs

Also, my PC specs are:
Windows 7 Pro. 64bit
AMD Phenom 9600B Quad Core 2.3GHz
8GB RAM
Geforce GTX 650 Ti
Direct X 12

Install the official Origin, just set it up.
After that, run the game through ZLOrigin. If it does not work out, then try it through the launcher

Do the following in this order:
1) Restart the PC
2) Disable the antivirus
3) Start the file attached to the message
4) Run ZClient as administrator
5) Run ZLOrigin as administrator
6) Check the game files with ZLOrigin
7) Try to run the game:
A) Through ZLOrigin
B) Through the launcher Perhaps, it is this sequence of actions that will help you
