Hiya im having the same trouble trying to change the language, ive created a shortcut of D2R still inside the same folder were the original D2R is and edited the Target of the shortcut to "C:\Users\dmcsn\OneDrive\Desktop\Diablo.II.Resurrected-ZLOE\Diablo.II.Resurrected-ZLOE\Diablo II Resurrected\D2R.exe" -locale enUS It doesn't change the language for me the game runs but still in a different language rather then english
