torrent speed is terrible even with fast internet

Just downloaded by torrent and gives this error help

Trying to download battfield 4 and 3 both are giving really slow speed on zorigin, can someone help me? i have bf3 torrent link . but no bf4 . if you can provide me that would be great,. Thank you
