redownloaded both i have disabled everything even windows defender and i click on zclient it appears a message from windows if i want to let this program to do some changes on my device i press yes and then nothing appears,searched oin tas manager nothing there too

clean boot?also do i need to have origin(official)downloaded?

already have done that
