I think that i can see other squads even if im already in a squad , but i can only see the active squads and i cant see the empty -grey color squads-

I cant see it I just have squad alpha 3\4 - for example- and the squads that are active and i cant see the empty squads to join in. In game there is these titles : 1. Deploy 2. squad 3. Customizations

Hello everyone , i didnt know where to put this thread but anyway .. First ,Im asking about in game voice chat does exitst , like squad voice chat or i have to use teamspeak,discord,skype there are a groups just let me know guys so i can join , -teamwork allways works - Second , how i can reach the menus like assignments , customizations without joining a server and waiting to the match's end Third , how i can creat a squad bcause i cant see the empty squads just already created squads list and not in a squad option Thanks for you .
