if you mean that the downloading stuckson queue or gives an error, you can update the game with torrent. If it drops to 0 and crashes, --> pause-resume every 4 minutes. Dont let the speed drops

according to the screen above it's launched. Try to delete game cache, remove  tray, saves and mods folder and run the game only from zclient

after the previous update, zlorigin stops runnig the game completely, even tho it starts doing really weird things with the sims 4. I think it's because of ea changes. you can try to "reinstall" the game with this file ZInstaller.bat, place it into the game folder and run. It should fix missing dlcs. Also, run the game from zclient only if you dont need zlorigin for something else

нет как такового решения. Можно попробовать уюитб процессы Origin.exe в диспетчере задач, если есть, и почистить кэшDelOriginCache_.bat

Perhaps it is related to the "Snowy Escape" expansion - I saw it got installed in two steps - once as an expansion and a second time as "press review" package.

The "press review" package was about 1.4G while the "Snowy Escape" expansion was >7G.

Any idea of a possible fix ? Is it possible to remove the latest updates ?

if zclient sees it, and launch, so probably the crash issue is outside that. Old mods or game cache etc. try to launch a clean game. And zlorigin won't launch sims 4 anymore

have you tried another provider if you can have one? and can you run this and send the result? trace_1.bat

have you run legacy or x64? try this, place into your game folder and run ZInstaller.bat

вылетает из-за скорости в 0кб/сек, скорее всего. Если даже не начинает качаться, то пинг подключения к облаку слишком высокий. А в зклиенте "обновить" - это про сам зклиент, не игру

can you please be more specific? I'm a bit of a newbie in these things, I've just followed steps when installing or running the game, I don't know what to do out of that.

Zlorigin wont launch sims 4 anymore, only direct from zclient

обновить можно торрентом 

а обновить в зклиенте, это про зклиент, а не игру

устраните неполадки игры в самом злориджине
