چند تا راه حل
برنامه ای که از نتتون استفاده میکنه حین اجرای بازی باز نباشه

اگر از وایفای استفاده میکنی تو سی ام دی از
192.168.1.1 -t
پینگ بگیر
پینگ باید حدود یک باشه و تایم اوت نداشته باشی
همچنین واسه تست سرویس دهنده برو سایت
speedtest.net
پینگ و سرعت دانلودت رو تو بازه تست کن
آپدیت آنتی ویروستو از رو اتومات بردار تا وسط بازی برای خودش شروع به آپدیت نکنه و پهنای باند و مصرف کنه

در نهایت مودم رو خاموش روشن کن و از سرویس دهندت در خواست ریست پورت بده
