Dolospio

Muy buenas a todos, les traigo este problema que tengo yo en el Launcher de Bigworld, cuando me "logeo" con mis credenciales me dicen que son incorrectas... siendo que hace un tiempo atrás podía jugar sin problemas. Traté de ocupar el Launcher básico que siempre funciona pero me tira el error de "Auth Error, Disconnected from the Master Server", no sé que hacer... ¿Alguna sugerencia? http://imgur.com/5Zb6Jws Imagen de el error.
