Ok now the server is running in PROD and Game_state is Online. Everything seems to work correctly. How many times to see my server in the list?

Zlofenix have update my launcher.dll and still issue. Also try with the bigworld12 launcher, which is Zloserver 4.3 and He keep saying dll is missing when launching the program.

Use ZLOFENIX's server launcher...
Be sure to close the server before changing and starting the new server launcher
NOTE:- Run the launcher before you run the _serverstart.bat file

I have a problem with my server. Keep saying the game state is Offline. (Master server is online)
Which server launcher are you using? Sometimes using despo's launcher leads to this issue...
Try ZLOFENIX's server launcher

Всё сделал по инструкции, скачал, установил, зарегестрировался, обновил pb, но не могу соединиться, пишет "неправильная пара логин/пароль"
З.Ы. файл GameSettings.bin перед установкой удалил, логин/пароль 100% правильные.
Будьте уверены, что вы используете идентификатор электронной почты и пароль, а не имя пользователя и парольВо-вторых, изменить пароль и избежать каких-либо специальных символов и попробуйте еще раз0 -

Stats crashes when no internet connection or connection is weak. Restart launcher , check connection and try again!

i changed my launcher . and the hours of disconnecting got better. from every 30mins to every 6 hours.
try it and see what happens and tell me the result

All Our servers at present. Are connected to a masterserver and at once are disconnected
We face this issue on our servers too... Fix is still unkown!
