Game crashing after connecting/playing in multiplayer (In Dead Space 3)

I was trying to play with my little brother who was far away (basically same country) and after I connect to his game (because I can see his server running on https://zloemu.net/servers/ds3) I will wait for it for a few seconds in-game and after that my game crashes, I tried being the host because he was the host, so we tried vice versa (I was the host he was gonna join me) and now it crashed his game.

Idk if it was because we are on the same country or just because bad internet? But I doubt it since I can play with other players from other countries (mainly in Russia) and I can play with them and connect to their lobby without me crashing, so if anyone has encountered this problem, I would really appreciate your help on this.
 

Me and my little brother just wanted to play and cannot seem to play because of this stupid crashing after trying to connect to the lobby.
