i would need the right battlelog credentials

I did i followed every step but i missed the part of deleting electronic arts folder... so i did but it keeps reapearing everytime i start it and i have the same result now     . thanks for responding sadly it worked before and not now. 

Everytime i start battlefield 3 or 4 i get redirected to battlelog website saying either ''Wrong email or Password'' or when i sign in i still need to buy... I also get disconnected everytime i click one play

 I have tried creating a new account, vpn, reinstalling the game and im not banned 

i also could play before without any problem it just happend randomly where is an account to connect to battlelog?

if any one could help me or has the same problem and solved it i appreciat you in advance.
