Files are in whitelist/excluded from antivirus

And it don't open a window asking if I want to create on desktop, etc, so maybe that's why it close

I already used zlorigin some time ago and it worked normally, but today I tried it again and saw that it has more games, only when I try to start a download, or when it is downloading, zlorigin simply closes, someone has the same problem or found some solution?
