i will verify again and allow in all the antivirus that i have 

The firewall is desactivated and the zclient is allowed in the windows defender
but about the windows version is a windows 10 pro x64 in the last windows update version

okay, i installed the certificate and still "nothing"
so the certificate wans't the problem
and i discovered that actually the zclient opens but closes immediatelly after opening and rarely the zclient stays open for more than 1sec

but always the app "crashes"

without any "error log"

hi, so i downloaded zclient and zlorigin to play ts4
but when a i try to open the zclient nothing happens i run as administrator and still nothing

so i created a virtual machine and downloaded zclient and when i tried to open it worked
so i tried to search for the certificate on the virtual machine and i don't found any certificate that could bo of zclient 

and i don't know the cause of the zclient dont opening in my pc i can only speculate that is missing certificate or some app blocking the app from starting
