Hello , I came to this forum because I have the same problem with it. My daughter wanted to play the Sims 4 but it said it needs an update, after long waiting I get also exactly 196613200 error. Can anybody help me to solve it? Thanks in advance.

The people in russia are very kind that they do this for children, is that in office with a lot of people like star stable? because sims it so expensive that i can not have everything but now i have and i am so happyyyyyy i gonna make a rusland family in the sims, it is very cold in russia so i go to make winter Then i make a father with a russian name  a mother with a russian name and children with a russian name and a dog but i do not know russian dog name. i search the russian first names and the last names in google. I love rusland i want to go there and  but it is far away but i know blini to eat and that is delicious. my father was once in russia for work and he said very kind people and very beautiful buildings and wodka you have to say no thank you no thank you Today i go to my grandmother, there is wifi so i hope i can play sims there? i go to my aunt and uncle too, i have to sleep there tonight but i don't like it because i want to go on my laptop. can you go for ice skating it is so cold ? i have a boy in the class he is from russia, he is not nice but his mother is very nice, i have a russian girl in class and she is very nice and she is my friend and her mother is nice too. i play in the house there. i hope i can play the sims on the laptop in the house of my aunt

Is it true that you make this in russia and how do you do that. It is very sweet that you do that. After school today i go to play the sims and i go to make a new family and make them all famous. I go to make myself too.

Thank you for your help... After a very long search, I spend really hours and hours on it because my daughter is looking so much forwards to play "get famous" at 16th, I found the solution!

It was really something that stopped ZClient to make a connection, I excluded already everything in the virusprogram, so that couldn't be the reason, anyway I hope that others with the same problem will find the solution also with the next thing:  In taskmanager I stopped different programs one by one to see what was Zclient stopping to make connection.  Finally there was a service with a strange name "Y2QxNDYwMGQyMmY0Y Y2QxNDYwMGQyMmY0Y" that was active and when I stopped it the problem was gone!  I don't know what service it is but now finally Zclient is connecting properly!

Anyway, I would like to do a donation to the people who are making it possible that my daughters are playing the Sims 4, I really appreciate it so much. The website is in Russian and I don't understand. I would like to do the donation with Paypal, so how can I do that?

Hi Lennie, I did, tried clean boot, tried to undo exclude in virus and firewall in order to run a virus scan and exclude again, stopped processes, runned cc cleaner. Start blank again and again. Now there is something changed, it says now " auto update error "zlofenix z client" . Would you mind to take a look with "quick assist'?

I hope anybody will help me out with it. I really tried everything but the zclient of my daughters laptop is keeping disconnecting. I installed and reinstalled several times. Yesterday I did a windows system recovery and later on it is going to disconnect at once again. I made an exception in firewall, virusscanner, and so on. For weeks it was going good, my other daughter doesn't have any problems. My daughter is sad she can't play the Sims now. Is there anybody who wants to help me out with it with Quick assist?  By the way, I also tried to do a donation because I really appreciate this project, but I can't read in Russian and I would like to donate with Paypal.
