I tried to start the installation having downloaded x 86 onlyand won't start because it requires the other installed. Thereis another way?

I tried to download the two files vc_redist.x64.exe and vc_redist.x86.exe. Though it makes me just download this file vc_redist.x86.exe 

This vc_redist.x64.exe won't let me install.

I have :

Windows 7 Home Premium

32 bit
