Well, I hope someone can help me...

Yesterday I was playing TS4 and decided to download all the content. Very well, I closed the game and started. At the end, ZLOrigin asked to restart the pc to apply everything that was downloaded. When I tried to start again the ZClient, it just told me I was banned! I thought it was some kind of error into the account then I did a new one. When I tried to log in, it told me that the account didn't exist. I was tired so I gave up, and decided to solve it today. today, the account was still not "existing". I tried to create a new account to try to ask help, and here I am. The system says the reason I was banned was for multiacc. BUT I DIDN'T USE ANY CHEAT OR HACK THAT COULD DO IT. The only thing I used in the game was the code "motherlode', because I love to create games and joke with my sims. And I don't think that is really reasonable to ban me for it.

I thank you for the patience of reading all this, and thank you even more if you are able to give me some explanation. I'm being sincere, please don't think I'm trolling anyone (i have no time for this).
