You can connect to master server its mean firewall is off , and do you follow my post step by step ? 

First delete all old game client and crack 

After go in zlo download all news files for crack and client , dont forget update file , 

And try to connect to servers which you have best ping , cause timeout or lost connection ,

If its your first time with zlo BF3 , dont forget to add account in EA account 

Its all .

Let firewall , antivirus off , delete old game client and crack , download new , coppy to folder game , try again

But not zlo , just shut down all firewall and anti virus , then try connect 

May be your firewall block connection
