So I directly opened the bf4_server_final.exe file , then it gives me this ( I have a 64-bit windows 10) "Plz admin ,, i'd like u to help me through remote controlling my pc ( I have teamviewer) ,, or show me a step-by-step video solution for this problem , cuz I don't understand the F.A.Q."
