ZClient says "you are banned" and then disconnects, how to deal with that? i got to zloemu site and i can see at bans that the acc is banned cause of external hack. i Do not even know what is that and by searching i found that server thinks that the acc uses hacks. I made another acc but nothing happens, mesage still occurs the same.

yes i know that but that was a mistake..... anyway is there something i can do for my son to play again, or im wasting my time? My son is 8 years old, he can only knows how to turn the pc on..... only. 

Someone on facebook community told me to find the admin "fenix". Can he help plz?
