Считается ли это бэйзрейпом?

Зашёл на на сервер "Панды", полетел на верте и увидел вражеский с админом в нём верт. Начал наводится, а ветолёт выпустил помехи полетел в сторону базы, там я его и убил, после чего админ меня убил через команду за бэзрейп

Бейзрейп - отстрел противника на точке появления. Иначе говоря на респауне.

Здесь же банальный воздушный бой. Ограничен лишь границами карты!

Я не спорю, что правила есть правила, но с точки зрения логики...вот допустим вражеский вертолёт начинает под обстрелом другого вертолета, улетает на свою базу, что делать вертолёту, если он начнёт уходить, то уже может получить стрельбу в спину с той базы от вертолёта

нету там бейзрйпа, только админ которого обидели, он его преследовал с точки, а не сидел и ждал под респом
