Это не читер!!! Посмотрите на автора видео, грандиозная потеря пакетов. Он стреляет в контейнер, разворачивается, и начинает убегать. И только тогда  у него отображается хештег, регистрация попадани ( hit) , за это время можно выпить кофе)) Это  видео не может являться доказательством . Видео снято с огромной задержкой!

сколько можно вам объяснять - повтор смерти ( killcam) не показывает точного действия в игре бф3!!! Он убил с другого оружия, он вернулся на снайперскую винтовку. Что вам не понятного? Вы не увидите это на killcam

Im not pro gamer, even not playing bf at all.

Видео очень, очень подозрительное... Если было бы на видео еще пару таких моментов кроме этого - я бы сказал что читер 100%.  А так, как сказал уважаемый ГринПНЗ,  имеет место потеря пакетов. И одного момента для бана подозреваемого на эмуляторе мало. Нужно еще видео.

4:my ping was 101 and all was have lag in the server

5:his kills was 50-2 in some minutes in level 3

6:i make sure before report player he is cheater or not

There may be 10% to hit enemy's head with pistol (any), but since he didn't did headshot, it's hacks.

1 shot hack - he shoot with sniper, but system shows pistol and yeah he was 3 lvl yesterday morning and at night he was colonel 1  free hackers everywhere
