Server Dropdown and Testing CloudFare

I opened zclient after a long time and played battlefield 4. and joined the exact same server as i used to do back when there was no server dropdown or it didnt do testing cloudfare
and now its MUCH better like it used to be ~180 ping before now its ~100 ping.

yes i am not complaining. but i have a question, how did you guys achieve this. like how does this work?
i hope someone can explain a little bit.

Its server for zclient connect, reserve mostly for ru, because rkn blocked main server.

Cloudflare - same, for zclient web cdn downloads.

Both not related with GAME servers.
