some weapons and gadgets bf3

hi, i know that are some weapons only avaliable to devs like the 93r with laser sighting, spaz 12 with supp, a 44 mag with supp and laser sighting, the x20 scope, g18/g18 supp with laser both and more, are all this devs stuff avaliable for all players in bf3?, is there a way i can get all the stuff please? i really want those
