Sims 4 new pack bug

There seems to be a bug with the new sims 4 pack, enchanted by nature. The content from the pack is in the game, but all the names, descriptions and writing is missing while the rest of the game and the packs work. Basically the graphics and gameplay from the new pack is there but all of the writing is gone related to this pack. I tried removing all of the mods and cc, updating and repairing the pack but nothing worked. I don't know if this is happening because I play the zlorigin one or if this is a bug also happening in the original game. I would greatly appreciate if you could help me

I have the same problem in my game. I have even tryed to redownload the pack or removing cc/mods but it is the same. I would also appreciate if someome could help solving this problem

sooooo, its working now. you need to go by this path: Origin games/sims 4/EP19 and remove the file Strings_ENG_EN or whatever language you have in your game. then you should switch to another language and then back to the needed language. it should work after this, for me it worked
